GHRP-2 (pralmorelin) is a synthetic hexapeptide growth-hormone secretagogue with the sequence D-Ala-D-2-naphthylalanine-Ala-Trp-D-Phe-Lys-NH2. It acts as an agonist at the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a), the same receptor engaged by the endogenous peptide ghrelin, and stimulates growth-hormone release from the pituitary in research models.

In endocrine research it is used as a tool compound to probe GHS-R1a signaling and pituitary growth-hormone secretion, frequently alongside GHRH analogues to dissect the two complementary arms of the growth-hormone axis.
